Lazanou Organic VineyardS OPEN DAY


WHEN

WHAT
A unique experience on a certified organic wine farm including a three course meal for which most of the produce are produced on the farm.

Arrive any time from approximately 11:30 am and join us for an optional stroll through the vineyards and an introduction to organic viticulture. On route you will pass our organic vegetable garden and be introduced to Gertrude, her calf Charlie-Brown, and our two sheep Rosemary and Lambert. At approximately 12:30 pm we will be seated under sun umbrella’s (weather permitting) on the lawn next to the earth dam overlooking our vineyards and the beautiful Wellington Mountains. Lunch will start with a mezze platter and tasting of our latest vintage wines followed by a main course, salads, desert’s and coffee.

COST
The cost is R250 per adult and R100 per child under the age of 12 years. There is no charge for infants under the age of 2 years. The cost includes a 3 course meal, wine tasting and a glass of wine of your choice. Additional wine may be purchased on the farm.

BOOKING
Booking is essential and will be limited to the first 30 persons who confirm their booking. Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of proof of payment. Please complete and submit the booking form. Bookings will close on Wednesday 29 September 2010.
