VINEYARDS	Vineyard 5 (Syrah 93%) and 6 (Mourvedre 7%)
VINIFICATION	Cold maceration for 24 hours. Fermentation on the skins. Regular pump overs. Pressed, racked and blended prior to maturation.
MATURATION	Matured for 20 months in predominantly French oak.
ANALYSIS	Alcohol 13.5 %; Residual Sugar 3.1 g/litre; TA 5.7 g/litre; pH 3.61
