Vineyard 5 (Syrah 78%) and 6 (Mourvedre 22%)
Cold maceration for 24 hours. Fermentation on the skins. Regular pump overs. Pressed, racked and blended prior to maturation.
Matured for 20 months in predominantly French oak.
Alcohol 14,0 %; Residual Sugar 3.2 g/litre;
